We proudly serve the surrounding lake area, including VRBOs, Airbnbs and hospitality partners.

  • The Chef’s Table LOZ combines professional chef credentials, customized menus and local hospitality to deliver an elevated restaurant-style dining experience directly to your home or rental. By booking with a Private Chef, you can enjoy a memorable, stress-free meal without the hassle of driving, reservations or crowded restaurants. This is perfect for lake weekends, vacation rentals, celebrations and private gatherings.

  • A minimum of one week's notice is required for all bookings. Events requested with less notice may be accommodated based on availability.

  • When reaching out, please include your event date, location, guest count, type of event, preferred service style, dietary accommodations, and any menu inspiration you may already have. Our goal is to thoughtfully curate and flawlessly execute a dining experience that reflects your vision.

  • To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event.

  • Yes, please let us know about any allergens, dietary restrictions, or preferences when you inquire so we can plan accordingly.

  • Chef Jed specializes in bold flavors, elevated comfort cuisine, quality ingredients, seasonal dishes, game meats, and refined private dining experiences.

  • Our per-person pricing includes menu consultation and preparation, Chef Jed's time, travel within our service area, groceries, and all services associated with your selected experience. Additional items such as specialty plateware, décor, rentals, or custom requests can be arranged and billed separately.

  • Every event is unique. Depending on the service selected, we may utilize existing kitchen items or discuss any additional rental and service needs during the planning process. Clean-up is included with select experiences, and all event details will be reviewed prior to booking.

  • We’re a great fit for private dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor/bachelorette weekends, family lake trips, holiday gatherings, and intimate celebrations.

  • Yes, many of our clients are staying at lake homes, VRBO’s, or Airbnb’s and want a memorable dinner without leaving the property. We bring the dining experience to you so your group can relax and enjoy the day/evening.

  • Yes, we welcome partnerships with vacation rental owners, property managers, small hotels and local hospitality businesses that want to offer their guests a premium local dining option. Guests can contact us directly so there is no additional work for the host.
