Meet the Chef:

Chef Jed, owner of The Chef’s Table LOZ, brings passion, professionalism, and personalized hospitality to every dining experience. An ACF-accredited chef with continued education through the American Culinary Federation, Chef Jed holds both a Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) and Certified Private Chef (CPC), reflecting his commitment to culinary excellence and continued growth within the industry.

Jed’s love for cooking began at a young age in the kitchen alongside his mother and father, where he discovered the power food has to bring people together. After graduating from Keiser University in Sarasota, Florida, he continued building his culinary career by moving to Wyoming, where he led the kitchen at a AAA Diamond Resort. During his time there, Chef Jed hosted exclusive private dinners inside the kitchen itself, giving guests a unique and intimate behind-the-scenes dining experience. Those unforgettable evenings and personal interactions with guests ultimately inspired the creation of The Chef’s Table LOZ.

Today, Chef Jed’s mission is to elevate everyday dining into an unforgettable, stress-free restaurant experience in the comfort of your own home. Whether preparing an intimate dinner, special celebration, or customized private dining event, every menu is thoughtfully curated around each client’s individual tastes, preferences, and dietary needs.
